My ex talks to me about sex. . . alot.?

My ex and I dated FOUR years ago. Every year, after the break up, we hang out once or twice. I'm assuming he has become some sort of Playboy because every time we do those annual get-together all he talks about is sex. He asks me things like "whats your favorite position?" or "do you like it deep?"

WTF!?!?!?!?

He took my virginity and I his, so I'm wondering if its some kinda sick perversion of his to make sure he knows all about my sex life to compare ours or something.

And I have answered one or two of his creepy questions and immediately he says "so who do you f*ck?" I don't think that's any of his business so i NEVER answer that!!!

He told me that he asks me these things because he feels most comfortable talking about sex to me. That I'm the only female he would discuss this with.

He wants to be friends but no matter how many times I've asked him to quit the sex talk, he continues to asks questions in person (and claims to forget because he's asked me the same questions plenty of times). I don't think I'm going to hang out with him for a looong while, years!!!

But ultimately i want a guy's perspective. Why the f*ck is my ex so interested in sharing our sex life info? He likes to boast about banging so many chicks so is he trying to make me jealous?

If anything, he kinda grosses me out now. I wonder if he's diseased or something.
*I know it's creepy, I'm just looking for reasons as to why he is talking about it to me*
