Universal interests of human beings: human relations, sex, death, destruction, money, and themselves?

I am sure you all would agree that each individual has different interests, but would you also agree that there are certain UNIVERSAL interests that all human beings share? My professor suggested that they are: human relations, sex, death, destruction, money, and themselves. A bit somber but seems to make sense. What do you think?
